On-site recruitment assists employers in finding the right candidates. Employers are invited to participate in the event to showcase their company with a booth, advertise open positions, receive / review resumes and applications, and interview qualified job seekers at no cost.
The employer will be joined by 7-10 other employers from different industries to give the job seeker a variety of opportunities. The recruitment will be targeted to only those currently participating in the Employment First program (currently over 2,000 participants).
